CONTEXT
Cuidar Plus is a Bogotá-based IPS specializing in clinical laboratory services, vaccination, sexual health, and outpatient consultation, offering home, in-person, and teleconsultation services. It serves patients of all ages — from infants to older adults — with an approach focused on close, humane, and barrier-free care.
CHALLENGE & SCOPE
The previous website did not reflect the brand's values of warmth and proximity. A redesign was needed to convey empathy and trust from the very first visual contact, without losing creativity or clarity of information — especially for a user who arrives with a health need and is looking to get oriented quickly.

DESIGN SOLUTION
The entire experience was redesigned with an approachable and human visual language: a warm color palette, friendly illustrations, patient-oriented copy, and an information architecture that guides the user by profile — babies, children, adults, and seniors. Key functionalities were integrated such as home service scheduling, an online store, and FAQs, all with intuitive navigation and direct access to WhatsApp. AI was used to streamline the generation of visual assets and optimize content workflows.
